Do you accept returns?

By virtue of the type of business we are in (downloaded images), we are not able to offer refunds. When you download one of our images, or several, you are then in possession of that commodity. This is the nature of a digital transaction.

Are your images original?

Yes, our images are our own. All images have been taken with professional-level photographic equipment. We attempt to offer a very high-quality product in technical terms. Compressed images are set at high-quality during compression. Our images were captured in places as diverse as Hawaii, Arizona, Florida, Virginia, Japan, California and Georgia.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept Paypal. You don’t currently need to have a Paypal account to pay for an item. Paypal is a convenient payment system.

Can you crop an image to a size I need? Is there an additional charge?

Contact us first with the image you need cropped and the size. We will crop using our best judgment unless you have specific requirements. Yes, there is an additional charge for custom sizes.

Will you be adding more images in the future?

Yes, we will add a substantial number of images in the future. We have a large portfolio of quality images. Your blog or website can include quality images in every post or page.
